Then we will ask for volunteers to quilt and bind them and turn in the completed quilts to the shop or MD Anderson by July 1, 2009. The quilts will then be auctioned online in October 2009. You will have the time of your life and it is a wonderful cause. Let’s all help MD Anderson, they have done so much for so many in our community that we feel honored to be able to help them! Lets see how much money we can all raise for MD Anderson again with the quilts! For more info you can contact us or MD Anderson at www.mdanderson.org/departments/ovarianquilt. Last Spring’s online auction that MD Anderson sponsored was a wonderful success!! The quilts and all of the wonderful hands and creative juices that made them raised $11,440!
